Stripped is a great book that many will enjoy. I did find the one problem to be a bit predictable when she found out about the truth between hers and Torrin's relationship, but overall I very much enjoyed this book.

Here's the synopsis:
"“I like you.” His voice is low and soft, which I don’t deserve. I look away, down the rutted parking lot.“Don’t... waste those words on me.”He touches my cheek. “You just need someone to show you.”“No.” I ease back again. “I don’t. So please, Torrin, stop trying to swoop in and save me. I don’t need saving.”
College freshman Quinn Montgomery will do anything to avoid the mistake her sister made—killing herself over a boy. But when she is forced into nude modeling at a local college to support her family after a bankruptcy, she begins to crack, just enough to let Torrin, the university’s top varsity oarsman, see that the real Quinn is not as feisty and unapproachable as she wants everyone to think. But letting someone in comes at a steep cost and, it turns out, Torrin is connected to Quinn’s family in more ways than she could ever imagine."
This book was a lot of fun to read, I read it in one sitting and just devoured it. This was had the plot, the characters, and the setting. May I just say how much I loved that Torrin was in Crew?
“Why do you do that?” Torrin’s voice echoes in the empty hall. His hand is holding my arm gently, not at all like Derek does. I can’t have this. I can’t. I shouldn’t have ever come here with him.I draw in a shaky breath and pull my arm away. “Do what?”“Walk away every time I ask you something personal?”I stare hard at him. “Why do you do that?He blinks. “Huh?”“Ask so many questions.”His mouth drops open and closes and five long seconds pass before he says, “It’s what people do, Quinn. When they’re getting to know each other.” I shake my head and spin toward the door. “You don’t want to get to know me.”
The main character is basically this closed off girl who is afraid of falling in love. That is until she meets Torrin. Torrin is the guy she thinks about even though she doesn't want to. They were the perfect couple and I loved them together. Torrin was the sweet guy who really liked Quinn and wanted to take her out on a date-and he would have but Quinn is afraid of relationships.

Both the characters are extraordinary. You end up loving them both and wanting to be friends with them...maybe a little more than friends with Torrin. They are funny, kind, and just plain cool.

The one thing I didn't enjoy about this book was that when Quinn found out one tiny detail about Torrin, it was a little bit predictable. Thankfully the ending you do not expect and that makes up for.

I really, really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to everyone! Definitely a great summer/beach read. I read this book in one sitting and my emotions were on a roller coaster the whole time.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars!
